Pilz Skandinavien, a subsidiary of the German Pilz GmbH & Co. KG with more than 1,500 employees worldwide and a leading automation technology company, has experienced major growth in the Nordic countries, throughout the entire year 2012; especially in Finland and Sweden, the demand for Pilz products and services has been high.

Pilz products include control and monitoring relays, safety relays, programmable safety systems, safe BUS systems, sensors, light curtains/light barriers, mechanical safety switches, operator terminals, text displays and drive solutions.

Besides these components, Pilz offers a wide range of services. These services include consulting, engineering and training. Pilz can assist you i.a. in putting together training seminars/courses for the companies’ employees or in providing machinery safety/risk assessment, safety concept/design and CE marking.

During 2012, Pilz has expanded its staff with 5 persons in order to meet customer demand; Robert Carlsson and Ulf Rytterhag have joined the Swedish team as sales engineers. Tuomas Manninen has joined the Finnish team as technical support engineer, and Petri Savinainen and Janne Uusimäki have joined the Finnish team as sales engineers.
