Dall Energy has acquired Weiss France Énergie and BSM from Groupe Roullier
Dall Energy has now completed the acquisition of French biomass technology - market leader Weiss France Energie and its branch Biomasse Services et Maintenance (BSM) from Groupe Roullier. The acquired companies, together with Dall Energy, will provide optimized solutions to drive the green-energy transition for the French district-heating and processing industries.
A strong presence on the French market enhanced
Dall Energy has experienced a significant demand on the French market these recent years, particularly among French district heating networks serving the municipalities and process industries such as paper manufacturers. The aspiration of the company is to become a leader in biomass process-technology in France. This is why Dall Energy is delighted to announce the acquisition of Weiss France Énergie (Weiss) and Biomass Service and Maintenance.
Joined forces to mitigate climate change and complementary technology
The two companies, Dall Energy and Weiss, are both specialized in the field of biomass technologies, offering solutions, and servicing plants directly or through partnerships. Their activity extends to dry biomass resources, low-cost wet biomass, and feedstock with high levels of contaminants.
Moving forward, Dall Energy and Weiss will collaborate closely with key investor Eiffel IG to combat climate change by replacing fossil fuels and enhancing energy efficiency. While starting in France, they aim to expand across the EU, aligning with the critical phase of the Green Energy Transition.
