The government's decision to postpone the tender for the North Sea Energy Island due to economic issues is causing significant repercussions throughout the construction and civil engineering industry.

Within the construction community of DI Byggeri, there is strong dissatisfaction with the decision. This is especially due to the new plan that the Energy Island will be built as a steel structure instead of the originally expected artificial island in the North Sea.
