About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Lead to support our Project Managers and expand our department. As our PMO Team Lead, you will be at the core of our operations, guiding a talented team of project managers to deliver impactful results. Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, you will play an important role in formulating customer solutions and ensuring our Project Manager Consultants succeed in their projects with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing project-customer quotations.
  • Ensuring optimal PM solutions for our customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Leading the PM team with effective leadership strategies.
  • Growing, supporting, and developing the PM team.
  • Understanding the business aspects of our key customers.
  • Contributing to the definition and evolution of good practices in project execution.

Your working location will be at our office in Ikast, Denmark - where we also offer a lovely lunch arrangement by the way ;)

Can you bring the energy we need?
We imagine that you are a experienced Project Manager, preferably within the wind industry where you have gained relevant knowledge of project execution and optimization. Further, you have at least 5 years of professional experience combined with a good technical foundation. A technical educational background is an advantage.

As a person you thrive when guiding teams to success, driving strategic initiatives, and facilitating an environment of collaboration and growth. You are passionate about project management, excel in both leadership and hands-on execution, and are committed to continuous improvement. Further, you have a commercial focus encouraging you to optimize your relationship with our customers ensuring beneficial partnerships.

This position will require you to be fully proficient in Danish and English both written and spoken form.
