• Beskrivelse: Danish Decommissioning (DD) is responsible for receiving, treating and storing radioactive waste from Danish users of radioactive isotopes and from decommissioned research reactors. DD is planning the construction of new, upgraded storage facilities at Risø, Denmark. The upgraded facilities are needed in order to store radioactive waste in a safe and environmentally and technically sound wayuntil a permanent solution for disposal of the radioactive waste has been implemented. The upgraded storage facilities have to live up to a series of legal requirements from Danish and international authorities before construction of the facilities can be initiated. Compliance with a number of these requirements are justified in the safety assessment (SA) for the upgraded storage facilities. DD is responsible for the SA and has allocated substantial efforts into the SA and its supporting appendices. DD is therefore seeking external input from a qualified expert partner (QEP) that will do an overall review of the SA, including appendices concerning calculations of radiation exposure, optimization and safety. The main purpose is for the QEP to provide an unbiased assessment of quality of the documents, help identify shortcomings and to assist DD in rectifying these. The responsibility for the final quality of the documents is thus with DD, and the role of the QEP is solely to assist DD to the best abilities of the QEP. Tenderers will be weighed more positively the more extensive and similar experience they can document. 5 points will be given to the tender who can document the most extensive experience within the area and 1 point will be given to the tender who has the least documented experience within the area. Remaining tenders will be rated proportionally with 2 to 4 point givens the documented level of experience.

Tenderes that are unable to deliver within the given timeframe from the task description will receive a proportional lower score on the availability criteria.
