Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor has reached a settlement with the Danish authorities in a case involving a 10-year-old bribery case related to a project in Mauritius.
The fine amounts to 10 million DKK.
In a written statement to Energy Supply, CEO Jens Peter Koch explains that the settlement officially concludes the case for BWSC:
